Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 30, 2026
Please read this document carefully. It explains the rules that apply to use of Betsharp and the information practices associated with the Service.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Betsharp, including its website, applications, APIs, prediction data, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or selecting an acceptance control, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Betsharp is operated by Knowah LLC. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally able to enter this agreement. The Service is not directed to children. We may refuse or limit access where the Service or sports wagering analytics are unlawful, restricted, or unavailable.
2. What Betsharp provides
Betsharp provides machine-generated sports statistics, probabilities, projections, and related informational analytics. Predictions are estimates based on historical and currently available data; they are not promises, recommendations, or guarantees of any outcome, winnings, or accuracy.
The Service is not gambling, a sportsbook, brokerage, investment, tax, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the Service, including whether and where to place a wager. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
3. Legal and responsible use
You must comply with all laws, regulations, league rules, sportsbook terms, age requirements, and location restrictions that apply to you. We do not represent that the Service is appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction and may restrict features or access without notice.
Do not use the Service while impaired, to facilitate unlawful gambling, to evade self-exclusion or other controls, or to encourage underage or problem gambling. If gambling is causing harm, stop and contact a qualified responsible-gaming organization in your jurisdiction.
4. Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and maintain only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for protecting passwords, tokens, recovery methods, and devices.
Notify us promptly at noah@knowahhix.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity or security verification, reset credentials, enable additional safeguards, or suspend access to protect you, Knowah LLC, or others.
5. Paid subscriptions and billing
If paid plans are offered, the checkout page will identify the plan, price, billing interval, applicable taxes, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory terms before you are charged. By confirming a subscription, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel.
Prices may change prospectively with reasonable notice. You authorize us and Stripe to retry failed payments, update payment credentials through permitted network services, and suspend paid features for unpaid amounts. Stripe may impose its own terms and fraud, verification, and payment rules.
6. Cancellation, refunds, and credits
You may cancel a paid subscription through the cancellation control provided in your account or by contacting noah@knowahhix.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available through the period already paid. We will not make cancellation materially more difficult than enrollment.
Unless required by law or stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable and unused time is not prorated. We may provide a discretionary refund or credit without creating an obligation to do so. This section does not limit mandatory consumer, payment-network, or chargeback rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or use the Service for fraud, market manipulation, harassment, or unauthorized gambling activity;
- probe, scan, overload, interfere with, bypass authentication for, or impair the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download, mirror, resell, sublicense, or create a competing product from Service content except as expressly permitted in writing;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, remove notices, or attempt to discover source code or model artifacts;
- upload malware, credentials, payment data, unlawful content, or another person’s personal information without permission; or
- circumvent limits, access controls, subscription restrictions, self-exclusion, or geographic controls.
8. Ownership and permitted use
Knowah LLC and its licensors own the Service, software, design, trademarks, documentation, model outputs, and aggregated or derived materials, except for content and data owned by others. Subject to these Terms and any plan limits, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for lawful personal use.
Sports data may be supplied by third parties, including nflverse, under applicable licenses and attribution requirements. You must preserve required notices and may not imply that Knowah LLC or a data provider endorses your use.
9. Third-party services and links
The Service may depend on or link to third-party services such as AWS, Cognito, Stripe, data providers, sportsbooks, browsers, networks, and app stores. Third-party services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security, pricing, or acts and omissions.
10. Feedback and communications
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Knowah LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate them without payment or attribution. We may send transactional, security, service, billing, and legal communications. Marketing messages will include an available opt-out mechanism where required.
11. Availability and changes
The Service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable because of maintenance, data-provider changes, security events, outages, laws, or circumstances beyond our control. We may add, remove, limit, or modify features and models. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, current, or complete data.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, subscription, or access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, provide misleading information, or where necessary to comply with law or protect the Service. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
On termination, your license ends and provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and payment obligations—remain effective. Account deletion does not erase information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record purposes.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” KNOWAH LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.
You assume all risk from relying on predictions, data, model outputs, third-party information, and any wagering decision. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOWAH LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; WAGERING LOSSES; OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID KNOWAH LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, to fraud or willful misconduct, or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Knowah LLC and its personnel, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Service, infringement of rights, or wagering and other decisions made using the Service.
16. Disputes and general terms
Before filing a formal claim, contact noah@knowahhix.com with the account email, a description of the issue, and the resolution requested. We will try in good faith to resolve the matter. Any dispute will be governed by applicable law and heard in a court with proper jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you another forum or remedy.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and plan-specific terms are the entire agreement about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, or sale of assets.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or business operations. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to noah@knowahhix.com. Knowah LLC is the service operator for purposes of these Terms.
