Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026
Please read this document carefully. It explains the rules that apply to use of Betsharp and the information practices associated with the Service.
1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how Knowah LLC, operating Betsharp, collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Betsharp website, applications, APIs, prediction analytics, account features, and subscription services (the “Service”). Knowah LLC is the business responsible for the processing described here. Questions and requests may be sent to noah@knowahhix.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- account information, such as name or email address, user ID, account status, selected plan, group or entitlement, and communications;
- authentication and security information, such as sign-in events, password or MFA-related state, tokens or session metadata, device and IP information, and fraud or abuse signals;
- billing information, such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, invoices, refunds, and limited payment-method metadata. Stripe processes card and bank details; Knowah LLC does not intentionally store full card numbers or security codes;
- service and device information, such as browser, operating system, approximate location inferred from IP, pages and features used, timestamps, request metadata, error logs, and performance data;
- information you send us, such as support requests, feedback, survey responses, and information included in an account or request;
- prediction and usage records generated when you request or view analytics. Sports schedules, statistics, model inputs, and outputs may relate to games and teams rather than identified people; and
- first-party usage events recorded on our servers, including registration, sign-in, feature and paywall access, checkout, and subscription changes, together with your user ID and the event time. We retain those events for about 400 days, use them to measure and improve the Service, and do not send them to a third-party analytics provider.
3. How information is collected
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from authentication and payment providers, from service providers that help us operate the Service, and from public or licensed sports-data sources. We may combine information from these sources to operate accounts, secure the Service, and provide requested features.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts and sessions;
- provide prediction analytics, process requests, manage entitlements, and operate subscriptions and payments;
- communicate about transactions, service changes, security, support, billing, and—where permitted—marketing;
- monitor performance, diagnose failures, prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and illegal activity, and enforce our Terms;
- protect rights, safety, and property; comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations; and
- analyze and improve reliability, models, products, and user experience using aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise permitted information.
5. Legal bases and choices
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, take steps at your request, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with legal obligations, and—where required—based on your consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or processing based on another legal basis.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided. Transactional, security, legal, and account messages may still be sent. Browser controls may limit cookies or storage, but some Service functions may then stop working.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Betsharp and its providers may use session storage, cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, deliver the Service, and understand reliability. We do not use these technologies to sell personal information or deliver third-party behavioral advertising. We will provide appropriate notice and choices before adding optional technologies where required.
7. When we share information
We may disclose information to:
- service providers and subprocessors that host, secure, authenticate, monitor, support, communicate, or process payments for the Service, including AWS, Amazon Cognito, Stripe, email providers, and infrastructure vendors;
- sports-data and technology partners when necessary to provide a requested feature or comply with a data license;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financial or legal providers under confidentiality obligations;
- authorities, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or protection of rights; and
- a successor, buyer, or financing party in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable confidentiality and notice requirements.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Stripe processes payment credentials and payment transactions under its own privacy policy and terms. We receive limited billing and subscription information needed to provide paid features, reconcile charges, issue refunds, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests. We do not sell payment information.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account operation, security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, backups, legal compliance, tax and accounting records, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and risk. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it according to our retention practices.
You may delete your account from Account settings or request assistance at noah@knowahhix.com. Deletion removes your sign-in and account profile, but we retain a minimal record of your Terms and Privacy acceptance for up to six years to establish and enforce our agreement. Deletion may not remove other information we must retain by law or information held by independent providers under their policies.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and risks, including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where supported, logging, monitoring, backups, least-privilege permissions, and security testing. No system or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your credentials and notify noah@knowahhix.com of suspected compromise.
11. International processing
Knowah LLC and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from your own. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards and contractual protections. You consent to these transfers to the extent permitted by law.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain processing, and to appeal a decision about a request. You may also have a right to complain to your local privacy regulator. Access, export, and correction requests are handled manually rather than through a self-service endpoint. Send requests to noah@knowahhix.com and identify the account email, the right requested, and any relevant details. We will verify the requester and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Knowah LLC does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms may be defined by applicable privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right, except where a difference is reasonably related to the value or availability of a Service feature.
13. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact noah@knowahhix.com. We will investigate and delete information that we are legally required to remove.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, Service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the current version and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
Privacy questions, rights requests, and complaints may be sent to noah@knowahhix.com. Knowah LLC is the service operator for purposes of this Policy.
